Cincinnati, OH – The San Diego Padres have recalled reliever A Tucson.
The 30-year-old right-hander began his fourth stint with the Padres this season. Neshek is 1-1 with a 3.75 earned run average in 24 appearances.
In a corresponding move, the Padres optioned outfielder Blake Tekotte to Double-A San Antonio. He hit .182 in 18 major league games.
