Green Bay Packers wide receiver Jordy Nelson will be a game-time decision for Sunday's matchup against the Arizona Cardinals.

Nelson did not play in last Sunday's 24-15 victory over Jacksonville due to a hamstring injury. He missed practice all this week and is officially listed as questionable.

The fifth-year pro leads the Packers with 532 receiving yards on 40 catches and has scored five touchdowns so far this season.

Fullback John Kuhn (hamstring), linebacker Nick Perry (knee/wrist), cornerbacks Sam Shields (ankle) and Charles Woodson (collarbone) and defensive end Jerel Worthy (concussion) have all been ruled out for the Arizona game. Safety Jerron McMillian (back) is questionable.

Additionally, wide receiver Greg Jennings had surgery on his abdominal muscle on Thursday. Packers coach Mike McCarthy said Jennings would be out a minimum of a couple of weeks.
