Santa Clara, CA (SportsNetwork.com) - San Francisco 49ers linebacker Patrick Willis is questionable for Sunday's game against the Houston Texans.

Willis, who did not play in the 49ers' Week 4 win against the St. Louis Rams due to a groin injury, was a limited participant in practice all week.

Tight end Vernon Davis was also limited in practice all week due to a hamstring injury and he too is questionable.

Others listed as questionable include cornerbacks Nnamdi Asomugha (knee) and Carlos Rogers (knee), tackle Anthony Davis (shoulder), defensive tackle Ray McDonald (ankle), running back Bruce Miller (quad) and defensive tackle Justin Smith (shoulder).

Wide receiver Quinton Patton (foot) has been ruled out.
