Tyrone Conley scored 22 points and Brian Benson added 15 and 16 rebounds to earn his first career double-double as New Hampshire blew out Maryland-Baltimore County 80-60 on Sunday.

Conley finished 6 of 11 from 3-point range and added a career-high seven assists for the Wildcats (8-11, 2-5 America East Conference).

New Hampshire set a season-high in points and 3-pointers, knocking down 14 of 27 attempts from beyond the arc (51.9 percent). The Wildcats ended 26 of 51 from the floor (51 percent) overall.

The Retrievers (3-17, 2-5) tied it at 26 with 4:53 left in the opening half before a 3 from Conley sparked a 12-0 run for New Hampshire.

Chris De La Rosa, who had 23 points and seven assists, nailed a shot from half-court at the halftime buzzer, cutting UMBC's deficit to 38-29.

Chandler Rhoads added 15 points on 4-of-4 shooting from 3-point range for the Wildcats.
