Empoli, Italy (SportsNetwork.com) - AC Milan erased a two-goal deficit to salvage a point from a 2-2 draw at Empoli on Tuesday.
The hosts were two goals to the good inside opening quarter of the match as Lorenzo Tonelli's 13th-minute opener was supplemented by Manuel Pucciarelli in the 21st minute.
Fernando Torres managed to pull one back in the 42rd minute with his first goal for Milan, but it was Keisuke Honda's strike in the 58th minute, his team-leading third goal of the campaign, that helped the Rossoneri collect a share of the spoils.
Milan climbs to seven points through its opening four games while Empoli improves to two points.
