Philadelphia, PA (SportsNetwork.com) - Mi Hyang Lee needed five extra holes to earn her first LPGA Tour title on Sunday and that win propelled her to 50th in the latest women's world golf rankings.
Lee beat fellow Korean Ilhee Lee and Japan's Kotono Kozuma to win the Mizuno Classic. Mi Hyang Lee jumped 25 spots in the rankings thanks to the win.
The top six in the rankings remained the same with No. 1 Inbee Park followed by Stacy Lewis, Lydia Ko, Suzann Pettersen, Shanshan Feng and Michelle Wie.
So Yeon Ryu inched up one to seventh and that bumped Karrie Webb down a spot to No. 8 despite the fact that she missed the playoff by one shot in Japan.
Hyo-Joo Kim held steady at No. 9 and was again trailed by Lexi Thompson, Anna Nordqvist, Kyu Jung Baek, Cristie Kerr, Sun Ju Ahn, Azahara Munoz, Na Yeon Choi, Mirim Lee and Paula Creamer.
Brittany Lincicome jumped two spots to 19th, while Angela Stanford stayed put at No. 20. Lincicome's moved bumped Amy Yang out of the top 20 as she dropped a pair to 21st.
