Sao Paulo, Brazil (SportsNetwork.com) - Former Brazil manager Mano Menezes has returned to Corinthians for a second spell in charge of the club.

Menezes managed Corinthians from 2007-2010, and after a difficult two-year spell in charge of Brazil's national team, he returned to the domestic league for a short time with Flamengo earlier this year.

The 51-year-old Menezes replaces Tite, who guided Corinthians to the Copa Libertadores and FIFA Club World Cup titles last year.

But he was not offered a contract extension after Corinthians finished this season in 10th place following a run of just four wins in the final 21 games.
