Greeley, Colo. – Neal Kingman matched a career high with 21 points and Devon Beitzel added 18 as Northern Colorado remained the lone undefeated team in Big Sky Conference play with a 72-58 victory over Montana State on Saturday night
It was the third time in his career Kingman has reached 21 points. Chris Kaba had 15 points, which included four 3-pointers for Northern Colorado (8-7, 4-0 Big Sky).
The Bears are off to their first 4-0 start in their five seasons in the Big Sky.
Erik Rush led Montana State (9-7, 3-1) with 13 points, but he only scored four in the second half. Bobby Howard had 12 for the Bobcats, who had their three-game winning streak snapped.
