When the Carolina Panthers made the move to acquire wide receiver Kevin Norwood from the Seattle Seahawks, it was an interesting move, but not one that blew anyone away. Apparently, the move was absolutely huge for one person, and that one person was Norwood himself.

As Max Henson of Panthers.com reports, the second-year receiver actually had a feeling he was going to be heading to Carolina.

"This was a dream, pretty much," Norwood told the team's site after his first Panthers practice. "I envisioned this. I kind of knew this was going to happen."

While Norwood still has an uphill climb before the 2015 season begins, he's happy to be a Panther and is spending plenty of time studying.

"I'm just happy to be here," Norwood said. "It's crazy but it all worked out in the end."

Here's to hoping Norwood can come in and help the Panthers right out of the gate, because filling the void left after Kelvin Benjamin's injury won't be easy.
