A great head-to-head battle between right tackle Jordan Mills and outside linebacker Pernell McPhee has been on display at Chicago Bears training camp.

"He has really strong hands, and he's elusive," Mills said of McPhee, via Rich Campbell of the Chicago Tribune. "Just knowing his shiftiness and that he has strong hands, you've got to get your hands on him. That's one key I work on when I'm going against him -- just trying to get my hands on him, initiate the contact, and once I get it, lock on. It's a battle after that."

McPhee, formerly of the Baltimore Ravens, signed with the Bears in free agency this spring. He had 7.5 sacks as a reserve last year and should bring some teeth to Chicago's pass rush in 2015.

The man trying to block him in training camp, Mills, had offseason foot surgery. He's making a nice recovery and projects to anchor the right side of Chicago's offensive line this season.

Mills and McPhee are sure to provide some of the best fireworks from Bears training camp.
