Jets coach Rex Ryan says he is "embarrassed" by his team's 2-10 record, and he feels he has let down owner Woody Johnson as well as New York's fan base.

Ryan, in his sixth season as coach of the Jets, could be facing his final four games with the franchise he led to consecutive AFC title games in his first two years. New York will miss the postseason for the fourth straight year.

Ryan and general manager John Idzik have been widely criticized for the team's awful season. Ryan says Tuesday he is focused only on the Jets' next game at Minnesota and not his future.

Geno Smith, who threw just 13 passes in New York's 16-13 loss to Miami on Monday night, will get the start against the Vikings.
