Jacksonville snapped a five-game losing streak by suffocating the league's fifth-highest scoring offense, battering and eventually shocking the Ravens, 12-7, on Monday night.
The Jaguars snapped a five-game skid with an inspiring effort that forced the Ravens to franchise-low futility, holding them to 56 total yards until deep into the fourth quarter, sacking Joe Flacco four times and sealing the game with Drew Coleman's interception.
Maurice Jones-Drew ran for 105 tough yards for Jacksonville (2-5), which ventures to Houston next Sunday.
Flacco completed 21-of-38 passes for just 137 yards with one touchdown and one interception. Ray Rice ran for only 28 yards, but caught five passes for 35 yards in defeat. Anquan Boldin caught a five-yard touchdown pass in the fourth quarter for the Ravens (4-2), who host the Cardinals next Sunday.
