Ethan Jacobs scored 20 points for the second time in his career and drained 4 of 5 3-pointers to lead hot-shooting Colgate past Loyola (Md.) 84-60 on Saturday.

The Raiders (10-17, 4-12 Patriot League) shot 60 percent from the floor (32 of 53) and were a red-hot 12 for 18 from beyond the arc. Austin Tillotson hit all three 3-point tries to finish with 17 points and Murphy Burnatowski went 2 of 3 from deep for 15 points to go with four steals.

Earlier in the week the Raiders broke a 20-year record for made 3-pointers and extended that to 240 on Saturday.

Jacobs knocked down back-to-back 3-pointers to give Colgate a 6-1 lead early. After some initial scrapping back and forth, Colgate went on an 11-2 run into halftime to lead 44-30 and the second half was never close.

R.J. Williams led Loyola (10-17, 5-11) with 16 points.
