Milan, Italy (SportsNetwork.com) - Inter Milan midfielder Fredy Guarin has signed a contract extension that runs until 2017.
Guarin arrived at Inter from FC Porto in 2012 and he has made 82 appearances for the Nerazzurri, scoring 14 goals.
The Colombian's previous deal was set to expire in 2016, but he is now set for a further 12 months at Inter, which sits in fifth place in Serie A, 11 points out of a Champions League place.
Guarin, 27, has notched three goals and six assists in 26 Serie A appearances for Inter this season.
