Buenos Aires, Argentina (SportsNetwork.com) - Emiliano Grillo closed with a 4- under 67 on Sunday and he cruised to a 6-stroke win at the Open de Argentina.

Grillo ended at 18-under-par 266. This was his first victory on the PGA Tour Latinoamerica and it was the final event of the season for the tour. Grillo finished second at the European Tour's Dubai Desert Classic back in February for his best finish on that tour.

The Argentine birdied the second at Martindale Country Club to move to minus-15 and he followed with 11 consecutive pars.

Grillo ran off three birdies in a 4-hole span from the 14th to jump six clear of the field. He parred the last to wrap up his first professional victory.

Brad Hopfinger finished second for the third time this season. He fired a 7- under 64 to end at 12-under-par 272. Fabian Gomez closed with a 65 to grab third at minus-11.

Rafael Becker (65), Marcelo Rozo (68) and Tyler McCumber (70) shared fourth place at 9-under 275.
