OAKLAND, Calif. – If the Golden State Warriors plan to make any changes to their roster this offseason, it's not likely to happen as a result of the NBA draft.
For the second straight year the Warriors don't have a single pick in the draft. They traded their first-rounder to Utah last year as part of a deal to acquire swingman Andre Iguodala. The second-round pick was sent to Minnesota as part of another three-team deal.
Golden State has had talks with other teams about moving back into the first round, but general manager Bob Myers said Friday that it was unlikely to happen.
Myers also declined to discuss rumors that the Warriors have been in talks with the Minnesota Timberwolves about a possible trade involving All-Star forward Kevin Love.
