Former San Diego Chargers linebacker Lew Bush has died. He was 42 years old.

According to the Chargers, Bush passed away from an apparent heart attack.

Bush played seven seasons for the Chargers and was a member of the 1994 Super Bowl team that lost to San Francisco. He also spent three seasons with Kansas City and recently served as a pregame commentator for the Chargers' radio broadcasts.

Bush is the seventh player from the Chargers' Super Bowl team to pass away. The others were running back Rodney Culver, linebackers Dave Griggs and Doug Miller, defensive linemen Shawn Lee and Chris Mims and center Curtis Whitley.
