Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Lee Evans will miss his second consecutive game due to an ankle injury.

Evans, who was acquired from Buffalo for a fourth-round draft pick last month, caught two passes for 45 yards in a Week 2 loss against Tennessee, his only receptions this season.

His backup, Torrey Smith, caught five balls for 152 yards and three touchdowns in Baltimore's 37-7 win over St. Louis last Sunday. His first three catches were all TDs.

In addition to Evans, cornerback Jimmy Smith (ankle), wide receiver David Reed (shoulder) and safety Haruki Nakamure (knee) have been ruled out for Sunday night's game against the New York Jets.

Starting left guard Ben Grubbs did not practice Friday due to a toe injury and is listed as questionable. Grubbs has played 67 consecutive games.
