MIAMI GARDEN, Florida – England's final World Cup warmup against Honduras has been halted due to a lightning storm.
Just over 22 minutes had been played at Sun Life Stadium in Miami Gardens on Saturday.
A notice on stadium big screens said: "The referee has stopped the match for 30 mins due to lightning. Please exit the bowl. The match will resume shortly."
The teams were 0-0 when the players left the pitch.
