Emma Talley, Yueer Cindy Feng advance to US Women's Amateur final

CHARLESTON, S.C. – Emma Talley and Yueer Cindy Feng won semifinal matches Saturday in the U.S. Women's Amateur to advance to the 36-hole final.

Talley, the 19-year-old Princeton, Ky., player coming off her freshman season at Alabama, beat 18-year-old Alison Lee of Valencia, Calif., 3 and 2 at the Country Club of Charleston.

The 17-year-old Feng, from Orlando, Fla., topped Taiwan's Doris Chen 3 and 2.
