Four felony charges have been filed against former Oklahoma State basketball coach Sean Sutton.

Payne County prosecutors on Tuesday filed charges of obtaining a controlled dangerous substance by fraud and unlawful possession of a controlled dangerous substance without a prescription. He's also charged with attempted possession of controlled dangerous substances and use of a communications device to facilitate a felony for using his cell phone to arrange for the drugs to be sent to him.

The Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs says the 41-year-old Sutton was arrested last Thursday after picking up a shipment of painkillers under another person's name.

Sutton was scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday afternoon.
