In a day that Doug Martin has probably waited on for a long time, it seems that he has agreed to a new nickname. It was widely known that Martin hated the nickname "Muscle Hamster," so many different names have been tossed out there as replacements.

According to the official Twitter account of Pewter Report, Martin is fully on board with one recommendation.

It's a pretty interesting change, but at this point, it's safe to say that Martin would take almost anything over the nickname he got as a rookie.
