Denver, CO (SportsNetwork.com) - Indianapolis Colts running back Trent Richardson was listed as inactive for Sunday's AFC Divisional playoff game against the Denver Broncos.
Richardson played just one snap in a wild-card win over the Bengals last weekend and has been largely ineffective this season, averaging just 3.3 yards per carry in 15 regular season games.
The Colts acquired the former No. 3 overall pick from the Browns last season for a 2014 first-round pick, which Cleveland parlayed into quarterback Johnny Manziel.
Richardson ran for 950 yards and 11 touchdowns as a rookie in 2012 but has not come close to that kind of production the past two seasons.
