Bill Clark had 17 points and seven steals to spark Duquesne to an 81-64 victory over Houston Baptist on Saturday night.

T.J. McConnell added 16 points and five assists for the Dukes (9-5), who won their fourth in a row. Mike Talley scored 13, Damian Saunders 12 and Sean Johnson 10 as Duquesne finished with a winning nonconference record for the fourth consecutive season. The Dukes are 7-5 outside the Atlantic 10.

Andrew Gonzalez scored 23 points to lead the Huskies (1-13), who lost their seventh straight. Fred Hinnenkamp scored 14, and Terry Bembry grabbed 13 rebounds.

Houston Baptist outrebounded Duquesne 38-34 but committed 26 turnovers.

Hinnenkamp hit a 3-pointer to trim the Huskies' deficit to 70-61 with 5:53 to go, but they got only Ben Daniels' 3-pointer the rest of the way.
