Cibulkova advances to final at Stanford

Stanford, CA – Third-seeded Dominika Cibulkova of Slovakia defeated fifth-seeded Romanian Sorana Cirstea straight sets to the final at the Bank of the West Classic on Saturday.

Cibulkova whipped Cirstea, 6-4, 6-0, in just 1 hour and 22 minutes to advance to her second final of the year.

Cibulkova awaits the winner of Poland's Agnieszka Radwanska and fourth-seeded Jamie Hampton later on Saturday.

Radwanska defeated Cibulkova in the final at Sydney earlier this year.

The winner of this tournament will receive $125,000.
