Chelsea have agreed personal terms with Augsburg left-back Abdul Baba Rahman and expressed an interest in Cagliari midfielder Godfred Donsah.

Jose Mourinho wants to sign Rahman as a replacement for Filipe Luis, who rejoined Atletico Madrid last month, and it had been reported that Chelsea had agreed a fee with Augsburg for Rahman.

The 21-year-old's agent, however, insists that while personal terms have already been agreed, a deal between the two clubs is yet to be finalized.

"It is only the clubs that have to find an agreement," Sascha Empacher told Bild.

"We on our side are agreed."

Cagliari president Tommaso Giulini, meanwhile, has ruled out allowing Donsah to leave the club this summer despite interest from Chelsea and Juve.

"We had a chat a few weeks ago with Juventus and Chelsea, but I am stunned by all these rumors around him," Giulini said. "The lad needs to grow up with us.

"We have many other players on low wages and their contracts will be renewed at the right time, including Donsah's.

"We received a request to attend a meeting via a lawyer, but I am accustomed to doing things a different way. As soon as the right moment comes, we'll be happy to renew his contract."

Juve offered former Parma striker Alberto Cerri as part of a deal to sign Donsah, but it did not interest Guilini.

He added: "It's a paid loan, because we cannot accept a dry loan. Cerri is a good player and if our coach needs him in our time then we'll try to conclude the operation positively."
