Boston, MA – Boston Celtics guard Rajon Rondo left Wednesday's game against the Toronto Raptors with a sore right wrist.
He suffered the injury late in the third quarter when he fell hard on his right arm after taking a hard foul by Toronto's Linas Kleiza on a layup attempt. He laid on the ground for several minutes before getting up with the help of trainers.
He did take his free throw attempts, making 1-of-2, before walking off the court and into the locker room.
Rondo had a team-high 21 points on 7-of-8 shooting with three rebounds and two assists before leaving.
Kleiza was called for a flagrant one foul on the play.
