Erlana Larkins and Shavonte Zellous tallied 14 and 11 points, respectively, for the Fever, who snapped a three-game skid and moved past the Liberty into third place in the Eastern Conference.
Indiana improved to 9-7 away from home, matching the most road victories in franchise history.
Cappie Pondexter ended with 18 points and Tina Charles added 17 to lead New York.
