The Arizona Cardinals agreed to terms on a five-year contract with defensive end Calais Campbell on Thursday.

The club had originally placed the non-exclusive franchise tag on Campbell back in early March.

A product of Miami-Floirida, Campbell started all 16 games last season and set career highs of 73 tackles, eight sacks, two forced fumbles and an interception.

Campbell, 25, has recorded 208 tackles and 21 sacks along with five blocked field goals in 63 career games with the club since they selected him in the second round of the 2008 draft.
