Arlington, VA – The Washington Capitals re-signed center Mathieu Perreault to a two-year contract extension on Thursday.
The 24-year-old Perreault establish career highs across the board with 16 goals and 14 assists in 64 games last season.
A 2006 sixth-round draft pick of the Capitals, Perreault has registered 27 goals and 26 assists in 120 career games.
