Tampa Bay Buccaneers safety Cody Grimm was reportedly arrested Sunday for the second time since March 10 on charges of public intoxication.

According to the Tampa Bay Times, both occurrences happened in Grimm's home state of Virginia, with the most recent taking place at 5:30 a.m. ET in Leesburg, where he was attending a wedding.

According to the Washington Post, court records show he has a hearing scheduled for July 9.

While public intoxication is a misdemeanor offense, Grimm could face more severe penalties due to a previous arrest on the same charge, which occurred on March 10 when he was arrested in Christianburg, VA.

Grimm was given a deferred disposition in that case, which allows prosecutors to drop a charge as long as the accused fulfills certain promises and stays out of trouble.

Grimm is entering his fourth season with the Bucs. He has recorded two interceptions and totaled 56 tackles in 23 career games.
