— Cesar Carrillo, rhp, Detroit Double-A (Erie) — suspended 100 games, March 10, 2013. Released by Tigers July 25, 2013.

— Francisco Cervelli, c, N.Y. Yankees — suspended 50 games on Aug. 5, 2013.

— Nelson Cruz, of, Texas (2011 AL championship series MVP) — suspended 50 games on Aug. 5, 2013.
