Bills place DT Troup on IR

Orchard Park, NY – The Buffalo Bills placed second-year ending injured reserve Wednesday.

Troup, the 41st overall pick in the 2010 draft, appeared in just six games this season while dealing with a recurring lower back injury.

The Central Florida product has recorded 31 tackles in 21 career games with the Bills.

Additionally on Wednesday, Buffalo (5-6) promoted defensive end Lionel Dotson to the active roster and signed linebacker Robert Eddins to the practice squad.
