John Fraley scored 21 points and blocked four shots to lead Austin Peay to a 79-64 victory over Tennessee State on Saturday night.

Caleb Brown added 14 points, five steals and five assists for the Governors (16-11, 10-5 Ohio Valley Conference), who won for the first time in three games. Tennessee State (11-14, 8-7) has lost five of six.

Austin Peay led throughout the second half, building its advantage to 57-40 on Melvin Baker's dunk with 12:02 left.

The Governors' lead remained in double figures as they shot 55.8 percent from the floor (29 of 52).

Tyshawn Edmondson scored 13 points and Will Triggs added 11 for Austin Peay, which won despite committing 19 turnovers.

Patrick Miller scored 15, Wil Peters had 12, Jacquan Nobles scored 11 and Robert Covington had 10 points and 11 rebounds for Tennessee State, which shot 35.1 percent from the field (20 of 57).
