Steelers receiver Antonio Brown was named AFC Special Teams Player of the Week after his 71-yard punt return for a touchdown against the Colts on Sunday night.
Brown had three touchdowns in the game, and his last on special teams was the exclamation point on a 45-10 victory. His celebratory leap onto the goal post stole the show, however. Brown didn't even start the game returning punts, but took over after a pair of fumbles by Jacoby Jones.
Brown was named AFC Offensive Player of the Month for November last week. This is the third time in his career to take home the special teams honor. Brown has four career punt returns for touchdowns and he'll have the opportunity for more now that he's taken over punt return duties permanently for the demoted Jones.
