White House Day Ahead Friday, Oil Spill Cap is Center Stage

After his remarks, Mr. Obama will head to Maine for the weekend for a mini-vacation with his family.

Here's what Vice President Biden is up to today:

In the afternoon, the Vice President will travel to Nashville, Tennessee, where he will visit the Grand Ole Opry to survey flood recovery and restoration efforts.

At 7:00pm, Mr. Biden will deliver the keynote remarks at the Tennessee Democratic Party’s annual Jackson Day dinner in Nashville.

The Vice President will then travel to Wilmington, Delaware.
