WH Fence Jumper Causes Lockdown

A 56 year old woman "attempted" to jump over the White House fence Tuesday afternoon causing a lockdown on White House grounds.  She was promptly taken into custody by uniformed Secret Service agents and was processed at a Washington district police station.   Secret Service officials told Fox News the woman did not reveal why she tried to jump onto White House grounds but she is being questioned by agents.   She was carrying a backpack which had to be investigated as well.  Her late afternoon fence attempt caused the surrounding Lafayette Park to be shutdown to pedestrians as well.
