After a night of democratic fundraising in San Francisco, President Obama heads outside the city to Fremont where he will tour Solyndra, Inc., a rooftop solar panel plant, which received a $535 million dollar loan guarantee from the federal stimulus act for an expansion.  The five-year old company expects to create 3,000 construction jobs during the plant expansion and says over 1,000 permanent jobs will added to their payroll.   California's unemployment rate remains steady at 12.6% even while the state added jobs for the fourth consecutive month in April.

President Obama's remarks on jobs and the economy are expected to take place at 1:20p.m. ET.  [foxlivestream]
