President Obama will deliver remarks on health care reform at the White House at 1:45p Wednesday afternoon.  He will discuss ways to move forward into the final stage of the health insurance reform debate.  White House officials say the President is expected to tell the American people and businesses that "they'll have more control over their own health care, they'll see lower costs , and they'll see an end to insurance company abuses."

The President plans to include ideas from both Democrats and Republicans in his proposal and urge them to work swiftly to pass this legislation.  White House officials say this plan will "reduce premiums and end discrimination against people with pre-existing conditions."

Joining President Obama will be health care professionals from around the country and Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius.
