President Trump says is the USMCA is the biggest trade deal in U.S. history, designed to replace the 1994 NAFTA pact.
President Trump spoke about the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA), the successor to the North American Free Trade Agreement, from the White House Monday.
