President Obama is close to wrapping up his Martha's Vineyard vacation and he returns to work with a speech on the 5th anniversary of Hurricane Katrina, a significant speech on U.S. policy in Iraq and a renewed focus on Middle East peace talks. Soon, Congress will return for a brief legislative session and then a sprint toward the mid-term elections - likely to inflict heavy loses on Democratic majorities in the House and Senate.
