Rangel Still Waiting on Ethics Committee

Embattled New York Democrat Charles Rangel arrived at his office this morning and told reporters,"Nothing has changed as of last night."

Rangel said he had not met with the New York Delegation this morning and would not comment on the nature of his visit to a Capitol office (H-137) this morning.

"It's my understanding that the full ethics committee meeting this morning and I've only heard that from the newspapers and the television so that said, - I wish I could talk with you."

Rangel then told reporters they could shout questions if they so chose but that he could not answer.
