President Obama to hold Bilat with Brazilian President on Thursday

President Obama will hold a bilat with Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva tomorrow. This will take the place of his previously scheduled bilat with President Hu of China who had skip the G8 to return home because of the violence in Xinjiang.
