Power Play Video: Rangel Says Debt Ceiling "Has to Be Fixed"

Rep. Charlie Rangel, D-N.Y., told guest host Carl Cameron on today's Power Play Live the debt ceiling has to be fixed and that America has never has never been left hanging when it comes to paying its debt.

"If you put the issue on the table and took off the labels, Democrat and Republican, that's where the American people would want us to be," Rangel said in defense of entitlements. "Everybody pays something."
