If Gov. Rick Perry, R-Texas, enters the 2012 fray, it would transform the GOP presidential race according to a pair of bipartisan strategists. Former George W. Bush press secretary Dana Perino and Democratic strategist Joe Trippi, both Fox News contributors, said a Perry candidacy would give the race a new look during a discussion with Chris Stirewalt on Thursday's Power Play Live.
