The daily Gallup poll that tracks presidential approval ratings showed Monday that President Obama's fell under the 40 percent mark for the first time in his presidency, landing at 39 percent.

Democratic pollster Doug Schoen said on Monday's Power Play Live that at 39 percent, the president can't win. "He's unelectable," Schoen said of the president 2012 chances with his current approval rating. "He's got to get his numbers up... Doesn't matter where he goes or what buses he takes ... it isn't going to be enough."

The president is starting a three day bus tour through Minnesota, Iowa and Illinois today to tout jobs the administration says were created as a result of his policies.
