In the video spot, a cartoon Clinton van drives past a movie theater, but stops when she sees that the film "Stop Hillary Clinton" is playing. The silhouette laughs and decides to stop in and watch the "previews of coming attractions."
The film — Clinton talking about Benghazi, foreign contributions to the Clinton Foundation and secret email accounts — plays while the silhouette Hillary laughs so hard she's shaking in her seat.
Spliced throughout the video is Hillary Clinton's actual laughter, which makes for an odd effect.
