Obama to travel to Oslo to accept Nobel Peace Prize

Robert Gibbs announced in the briefing that President Obama will go to Oslo, Norway to personally accept his Nobel Peace Prize.

Gibbs said he's not sure if Obama will attend the dinner that is held in advance of the Award Ceremony in Stockholm, Sweden.
