The Senate voted tonight to confirm President Barack Obama's nominee for Commerce Secretary, Gary Locke. This leaves only one position in the President's cabinet still vacant - the Health and Human Services Department.
Earlier this month, Mr. Obama selected Kansas Governor Kathleen Sebelius to fill the post. No word yet when her confirmation hearing will take place.
