Napolitano Travels to Afghanistan, Meets With U.S. Troops Near Pakistan Border

Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano met and had lunch with U.S. troops at Torkham Base near the Afghanistan Pakistan border on Friday, December 31st during a trip to the region to discuss security.
